A Birmingham woman has lost part of her finger when it was bitten off by a horse, an ambulance service said. She had been feeding the stallion when it bit her right hand, caught one of the fingers and removed the end joint, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
Ambulance staff arrived at the scene - some land in the Harborne area of Birmingham - and searched for the missing finger but it could not be found.
