The Bowlingual voice device, which reportedly 'translates' dog emotions, went on show at the Tokyo Toy Show yesterday.
The wireless microphone transmits the animal's sound to a consul which analyses and 'translates' into six emotional categories.
The device then emits a common phrase matching the dog's emotional state, both in words and voices.
