Wildwood received notification this week that it had been successfully awarded donations from two charitable trusts by the arrival of two cheques.
The Nicky and Eileen Barber Charitable Trust donated £2,000 to Wildwoods core conservation costs with animals like the water vole and red squirrel.
A further £2,000 was donated by the Hamamelis Trust to help construct a rare species conservation centre.
"It is great to get cheques like these through the post" commented Beth Flowers Fund Raising Manager at Wildwood Trust, "The money will really help these projects and makes all the work of writing applications really worth it".
