THE mystery of missing cats in South Norwood has left one woman searching for answers.
Pat Remnant, of Ladbrook Road, says six weeks ago her neighbour's cat – which was microchipped and had a name and phone number on its collar – went missing and two weeks later her own cat Thomas disappeared. Neither has been seen since.
Four years ago her black and white cat Archie went missing for about eight weeks, before coming back well fed, clean and in good health.
Mrs Remnant said: "I cannot put this down to coincidence. I believe there is somebody enticing the cats into their home.
"It seems really weird – I don't know how many others have gone (missing in the area)."
