RSPB says water should be 'shared' across levels

Flood warnings for parts of the South West have been removed but the Environment Agency says rivers including the Parrett in Somerset may continue to rise as water is still draining into them.

Calls are now growing for a mass dredging of the Somerset levels. But the charity, the RSPB, says there is an alternative to clearing out the water channels. It says water should actually be made part of the landscape:
