A clumsy dalmatian dog called Poppy toppled 30metres (100ft) off a cliff - but lived to tell the tale. Well, bark the tale.
The five-year-old was being walked by Lesley Blackburn, 36, when she vanished over the edge.
‘I didn’t want to look. When I finally did, I saw her scurrying around,’ said Ms Blackburn. ‘I don’t know how she survived such a big drop.’
Poppy was a little dazed but otherwise unharmed after the tumble.
‘She’s quite clumsy and not very bright but she’s lovely,’ added Ms Blackburn, who was on holiday in Orcombe, Devon.
